The Knotty Pine Chalet

We absolutely loved our time at the Knotty Pine Chalet. It was very convenient to accessing gorgeous hiking trails. The house itself was very comfortable.

Rheannon was a lovely host! Excellent location and beautiful cabin. Would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Rheannon's lovely chalet property. The surroundings are stunning, the ambience is laidback and the home is super cozy. Just what we were looking for in a mountain retreat. On top of it, Rheannon is a great and attentive host making our stay a pleasure from check-in to check-out.

We loved our experience in Rheannon's place. The house is beautiful with warm wood interior, elegant granite counters, and comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed and was well stocked. It's perfectly located for a visit to Mt. Baker. We have rented many AirBB's and this may be our favorite. We'll definitely be back!

Great for a family ski trip to Baker.

The house was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures. Rheannon was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful with the check in/out process. Would definitely rent this place again!

We had a great stay at Rheannon's place this past weekend. The instructions to find the home were very clear and the home was very clean and lovely when we first entered the space. The home was very spacious for our group. We all felt very comfortable and excited to be so close to the ski hill. The hot tub was the best part after a long day of skiing, as you would expect. We will definitely be staying in the home again on our next adventure to the area. I would highly recommend the space!

The knotty pine was a terrific place, nice and close to Mt. Baker and has all the amenities needed for a group trip to the mountains!

My family (including children and grandparents) had a wonderful week at the Knotty Pine Chalet. Rhiannon was very quick to reply to my messages before the trip and while we were at the house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very functional (there was a blender and crockpot). We utilized the washer and dryer as well as the mudroom for drying out gear after skiing. The drive to the ski area from the house is easy and beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway! Rheannon was extremely kind and accommodating. We could not recommend this place enough.

Rheannon was super responsive and proactive. Answered messages promptly. Came to shovel the driveway every day it snowed, which was almost every day. Knew the details of the unit like how to get the water heater to work, etc. Super helpful. If I get a place in Glacier, I'll have Rheannon manage it!

What a quaint, nice house! Rheannon has thought of everything. The hot tub is nice. There are a lot of rules but they’re clear and understandable. We had a great celebration for my wife.
10/10 would do again.

Great location and close to hiking trails around the Mt Baker area. Chalet is clean with many special touches to make our Cdn family thanksgiving weekend perfect. Hosts were quick to respond.

The chalet was a perfect getaway for my family and our friends. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious, and it was as described. Communication with Rheannon was great, and she provided recommendations for swimming and hiking in the area. Would definitely recommend this place, and we plan to return next summer.

We had a great time staying at Knotty Pines in Glacier. The home is conveniently located near Graham's Store and Chain 9 Pizza and has a wonderful hot tub, lots of games, and a well stocked kitchen. We drove over to Artist Point to hike Chain Lakes Loop, which was simply stunning on a sunny day. We'll be back!

As a family of 5, Rheannon's cosy well-equipped cottage, was perfect to enjoy a lovely stay in the mountains, with a mix of trekking, sightseeing, reading on the house's porch and enjoying the bathtub at sunset. Rheannon keeps the cottage super clean and nicely decorated, we felt like in one of those nice houses in the woods from a children's fable book. Totally recommended and wishing to return some day!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! It was very comfortable and clean and we felt right at home. It was a great place to come back to after a long day hiking. The hot tub was a hit with my family to relieve sore/ tired muscles! Thank you from the Korvers!

We had a great time at the Knotty Pine Chalet. Rheannon was awesome and she was so responsive to all our inquiries. At one point she even called a couple of local places to help us find a place that can print/fax/scan. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help out her guests. The place itself was fantastic. We watched movies on Amazon Prime, played board games, cooked some food in her kitchen, grilled some bbq on the grill, relaxed in their super awesome hot tub which is enclosed and just a few steps from the main house, sat around the fire pit in their front yard which is amazingly lit up by all these yard lights. It was a great stay and so close to Mount Baker Ski Area and Artist Point. Graham's Store is literally 2 minutes drive away and we got all our groceries there. So overall great stay, I loved the little thoughtful touches they did to welcome us, a handwritten note, chocolates, travel size tooth paste, deodorant, etc. Totally recommend it and we'll be coming to visit for sure!! It’s the perfect place to stay for a few days of skiing at Baker. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the proximity to Mount Baker, the hot tub after long ski days, and the charming aesthetic of this house.

We have been coming to glacier for our annual snowboard trip for 5 years in a row. This is the best cabin we’ve stayed at. The cabin was spotless with chocolate treats left on the table when we arrived. Hot tub and fire pit were to come back to after a long day at the mountain. The host was in constant communication with us and was accommodating to our needs in all ways. We will be renting this cabin again next year!

The cottage is pretty cute and it is in a gated community so couple more steps to check-in in exchange of safety. Jacuzzi is a plus especially you can watch snow falling in it. One of us lost his wallet there and the host connected with us 10 days later after snow melted. Really appreciate the service.

Had a wonderful stay. Cabin is cozy and suited our small group perfectly. Layout is wonderful, appreciated the living room space that allowed us to relax and play games after long day of skiing and snow activities.

This is a perfect spot for enjoying the outdoor activities near Mt. Baker or just cozying up by the fire. Well maintained, clean, and host is extremely responsive.

We've stayed in Air Bnb's in Iceland, Bali, Japan, Europe, and all over the world-THIS PLACE WAS TOPS!!

We've stayed at Airbnbs all over the the world, -and here is why this place was tops: - Spotlessly clean - no dust what so ever. - Felt like new, from top to bottom - No clutter/ no knickknacks - Great brand of shampoo/conditioner, lotion, hand soaps in all bathrooms - Fully stocked kitchen not only pots and pans, but spices & olive oil. As there are not any places to eat nearby, aside from 1 place that was closed when we attempted to go there at 6 pm on a Friday night (Covid times) we knew this and brought all our own food and made meals at the house, so It was great to find olive oil, salt, pepper in the kitchen. - High quality kitchen pots, pans, knives, cutting boards. - Lastly, there were no cutting corners at this place, even as you open kitchen cup boards, and silverware drawers, everything was spotless. -No skimping on toilet paper, aluminum foil, dish soap, etc. Everything was a excellent. We appreciated every thoughtful effort that went into to making our stay so perfect! You cannot go wrong with this place!

Rheannon’s place is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail from the pots and pans, kids dishware to the hand written card when we arrived showed how much Rheannon and her family want to create a positive guest experience. We loved this place and the hot tub was a blast as well. Would deft recommend for a quite get away or if you just need to unplug and relax. There is WiFi but it I s spotty so I would t recommend if you need to get work done, but again, if you need to unplug and relax this is a great spot!!

Awesome cozy cabin with all the amenities and thoughtful touches you could ask for. We skied Mt Baker all week and were always glad to be back at the cabin, soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in front of the fire place. Plenty of space and the heated mud room was perfect for drying our gear for the following day. Will definitely visit again.

This is a great place, very clean, nicely decorated and new. It had everything that we needed for our 4 days winter vacation in Mt Baker. It's close to the ski area and trails. Rheannon is a great host. We'd love to return.

I would say that this is best cabin I have ever stayed in. Real pride of ownership. Everything is thoughtfully provide for any age category. Kitchen is fully stoked, bath, bedding, enormous collection of DVDs again for everyone taste and age. There is even a kit if you get sick due to hangover. =) Awesome host, Rheannon, take care about us very politely and helpful manner. I was a bit concerned about just one review, but I am not regretting that I chose this cabin. Will stay more and more times next time in winter. ( Rheannon, now I know for sure which kind of cabin I would like to purchase in nearest future =) )

The house is very lovely, cozy and comfortable. The place was very clean, even nicer in reality then on pictures. It feels like everything there is brand new. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Everything in the house and around is done with love and care for the guests. You can find a lot of essentials around the house, games and books for kids. The location is great, nature is gorgeous there. There are many hiking trails close by, a river, and it is about half an hour of scenic drive to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. We had a wonderful time there and are already missing it. It is hard to imagine a better cabin. Rheannon is a great host. Thank you for everything!

When I arrived, the entire property was glowing with lights and it was very inviting. The cabin is cozy and beautiful, and very well maintained. You can tell that the owners care greatly for their property. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. I love how close it is to some pretty incredible hikes and look-outs. I will definitely visit again. It was a fantastic getaway!

It was disappointing that Mt. Baker closed due to COVID-19 as we arrived, but despite that, our stay at The Knotty Pine was outstanding. The home is immaculate, cozy, and well stocked. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and VRBO's and this was one of the finest. There were lots of lovely touches that made it feel like home, we will stay again next year.

Such a great spot! Can’t wait to visit again!
