This gorgeous sunlit home, is very spacious, and dog friendly. It has a hot tub, whole house generator for power outages, tons of seating, 3 separate hang out spaces, a large fully fenced yard with a private hot tub, and mountain and creek views.
The Majestic Mountain Manor is a luxury 3400 square foot home named for both its majestic large vaulted ceiling interior, and also the grand and beautiful mountains nearby.
This 5 bedroom (plus bonus room), 2 bathroom home is located in the world famous Mt. Baker Wilderness, and is just steps away from Glacier Creek.
This area is known for its amazing scenery, great photography opportunities, and for being the closest lodging for Artist Point, and the Mt. Baker Ski Area which holds the world record for the most snowfall.

Majestic Mountain Manor has an ideal layout with a spacious and open floor plan, and lots of comfortable seating to accommodate up to 12 people. It has both Air conditioning, and a full house generator for power outages.
Upon entering there is a closed in porch with room for all your shoes, and jackets. Just inside is the living room with a large cozy fireplace for those snuggly evenings relaxing with your favorite beverage and loved ones in the cooler months, and an overhead Air Conditioning unit to keep you nice and cool in summer. There’s also a 65” inch ULED flat screen TV with internet access for movie nights. There is a sectional sofa and a wide love seat in the main part of the living room, and a separate sitting area with two arm chairs over to the side for those who prefer to have a more one-on-one quiet conversation. There are also two other gathering areas in the home to spread everyone out if preferred.
Behind the couch is a desk area with benches for laptops and a little work space. Just across the room is a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need for dining in and making meals together. The kitchen has beautiful black granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and a propane cooking stove and oven. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for everyone in your group! The large island has a bar counter with several seats so you can visit with those who are cooking.
Next to the kitchen you’ll find a beautiful sunny dining room with a large expandable table for the perfect place to bond with your loved ones over games or a meal.
Off of the dining room is the back door which opens out onto a covered sitting area out of the weather, and a nice sized fully fenced yard. There is also a BBQ and a cozy hot tub with a view of the mountains by day and the relaxing stars at night. There is a pop up umbrella you can use for those rainy evenings too.
Back inside there is a bonus room with a door off of the dining area that has a flat screen TV, and a trundle bed that operates as a cozy couch during the day for watching movies, and quickly becomes two twin beds for the evening. Simply roll the bottom bed out from underneath the top one and they are both made up and ready for a relaxing night’s sleep.
This bonus room also has French doors that lead out to the hot tub and back yard area.
Off of the bonus room is a door that goes to the downstairs queen bedroom. Please note that while the bonus room does have a door to close it off from the dining area, you do have to go through the bonus room to get to the private queen bedroom next to it.
Off of the living room there is also a bathroom with a large sized shower, and a high end washer and dryer you are welcome to use during your stay.
As you head up the staircase that’s near the front door, you will enter a large open balcony type area that looks out on the living room below. This large area has a Foosball Table, and a love seat. To the right is a full bathroom with a shower tub combo, and a large counter with double sinks. There are 3 separate bedrooms also off the balcony area. The first room has a queen bed and a comfy arm chair for those who need a little quiet time. There is also an air conditioning unit in this room.
The second room is a large, gorgeous, bright and sunny, king master suite. This room has full windows all across the front and sides that look out at all the beautiful trees, and the peak a boo view of the mountains, and the creek below.
There are roll away blinds for all the windows for blocking out the light while you sleep, and a cozy electric fireplace for those romantic evenings. There is also a desk and chair for a little quiet workspace if needed.
The last bedroom on this floor also has a king sized bed, and an air conditioning unit, as well as its own door that enters privately into the main 2nd floor bathroom.
Back out in the lofted area there is a small unique staircase leading up into the third floor lofted area. Up there you will find tall full height ceilings in the middle area, and two twin beds up on little platforms, one on each side under the lower ceiling area.
PLEASE NOTE~ THIS AREA IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN. The staircase into the lofted area is for adults and those stable on their feet only, and children are not allowed in the loft.
There is a door you can close over the staircase for privacy and safety.
This gorgeous well thought out home is nestled into the backdrop of the trees behind. It provides the perfect getaway for both the adventurous who are eager to explore the one of a kind beauty of this breathtaking Mt. Baker Area, or for those who prefer to relax indoors and enjoy soaking in the hot tub, visiting, or playing games in this beautiful one of a kind home.
In the shoulder season discounts may be available for single families or couples. Feel free to inquire about this.
~We can not guarantee hot tub will be hot and ready the night of your arrival. It depends on how the previous guests treated it and if we have to drain it, but we will do our best to have it ready.

Cancellation Policy
No reservation is considered complete or secure until the rental agreement has been signed and returned to Serene Mountain Escapes.
The following refunds are permitted:
Cancellation Policy and Refunds The following refunds are permitted:
a. A thirty (30) day notice is required for all cancelations except for the following dates which require a ninety (90) day notice. Dates that require a 90 day notice are any bookings that include the following dates, holidays, or events- Mt. Baker's Banked Slalom weekend (Thursday-Monday, usually held in February), President's Day and weekend (Thursday - Monday, usually in February), June 30th - July 9th, Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday - Monday surrounding Thanksgiving), & December 20th- January 5th.
Cancelations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the standard arrival date or more than ninety (90) days prior to the specific above mentioned dates will incur no penalty of rent fees except a $50.00 processing fee, and any incurred credit card or VRBO, Air BNB etc.. fees, all other monies will be returned.
b. Cancelations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within the 30 or 90 days of the above mentioned arrival dates forfeit 100% of the rental in full and deposit, plus all credit card fees, no refunds will be given within 30 days or above mentioned 90 days of check in date.
Guests agree that Serene Mountain Escapes and its affiliates have no
control over power outages, forest fires, or road closures. Therefor Guests agree to Hold Harmless Serene Mountain Escapes in these situations. No refunds will be given for power outages, ski area closures, road closures, smoke or anything else Manager has no control over such as these. Guest agrees that this rule particularly regarding power outages supersedes all other contracts, and agrees that NO refunds will be given for power outages even if other booking companies contracts claim they will.
Deposit Policy
A refundable damage deposit is required with every booking. The deposit amount is different for each home. The amount will be shown in the cost breakdown upon booking. This deposit shall be refunded within 14
business days of Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt, stains, or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
iii. theft from premises; (this includes welcome binders, and tip envelopes) or
iv. any other cost incurred by Us relating to the lease of the Property.
All fees pertaining to damage (s) and cleaning beyond reasonable use and wear will be the sole
responsibility of the Responsible Guest, regardless of the deposit amount. Damage, theft, or
cleaning in excess of the Damage Deposit will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour to the
credit card on file or billed directly to Responsible Guest. Damage includes but is not limited to
wine spills, damage to grounds by vehicles , damage to walls or furniture, damage to outside
furniture. Sorry, but pets are only allowed in some of our homes, please make sure to select an appropriate home if you plan to bring animals. Thanks!

This home is even more stunning in person! This Airbnb is so well cared for & there is so much attention to detail. We loved the spaciousness of the rental, the well-equipped kitchen, the large dining table, the backyard & hot tub. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood & close to some gorgeous hikes. The home was more well-stocked than any other I've been to! The pictures and map on the instructions to find it were very helpful. It was near Nooksack Falls, which was beautiful, and not too far from Mt. Baker. The forests surrounding the area were gorgeous! We had a child in a wheelchair, and the accessibility was described accurately. All 10 of us could sit around the table at the same time! I would recommend this home for any large family gathering!

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! There was a group of 7 of us and we had so much room. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. Rheannon clearly thought out every single detail. I think what I appreciated most was the abundance of towels; shower towels, hot tub towels, dish towels etc. which is a rare luxury. We want to come back and stay every year! The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with plenty of cookware and small kitchen appliances that we were glad to discover. This location to Mt. Baker is perfect, only a short drive up the mountain. We used the hot tub, and it was very clean. The amount of space is lovely to spread out in, the light pours in through the big beautiful wall of windows, and feels like you’re living right in nature. We loved hearing the River and being able to walk to it. This location is amazing, I will be back again!

"Best Air Bnb Ever….The Views Alone Are Worth Booking This Place."
I can honestly say this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, the views alone are worth booking this place. The house is fully and well stocked with everything you might need. We had a group totaling 9 people stay for a long weekend, everyone was comfortable with the space and enjoyed their stay. The Airbnb is about a 5min drive to a general store and a great bakery. You will not have any cell reception anywhere near the Airbnb, which is great if you are trying to get away from it all. Just make sure you download the checking in instructions beforehand. Rheannon was very responsive and courteous host. We will be back.

Perfect vacation home! The location was very convenient for seeing Mt Baker and it was nice and cosy in the house itself.
