✨ The Space
This cozy mountain home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft with additional beds—perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The open living area features a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day in the mountains, and a fully stocked kitchen for dining in if you choose. Step outside onto the back deck for some spa time under the stars in the cozy hot tub.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room with a TV, and a laundry room.
The second floor has 1 bedroom, and an open landing/ loft area with a desk with forest views for those work projects you need to get completed.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
3 private bedrooms:
Room 1 sleeps 2 guests. It is on the first floor off of the hallway, to your right as you enter. It has a king sized bed, an ensuite private bathroom, and it's own private exterior entrance.
Room 2 sleeps 2 guests. It is also on the first floor just off of the living room. It has a queen sized bed, a TV, and it's own private exterior entrance as well.
Room 3 sleeps 4 guests. It is up on the second floor and it has a king bed, a large TV, and a trundle bed. The trundle bed might look like a couch in the photos, but it has two separate, fully made up, ready to sleep, twin beds with regular mattresses. One rolls out from underneath the other one.
Additional sleeping is located in the lofted area of the 2nd floor where there is another trundle bed with two separate twin beds to sleep 2 more guests for a total of 10 throughout the house.
Bathrooms:
There are 2 full bathrooms with shower tub combos. One is just inside the main entrance on your left (first floor), and the other is ensuite to the master bedroom also on the 1st floor.

~We can not guarantee hot tub will be hot and ready the night of your arrival. It depends on how the previous guests treated it and if we have to drain it, but we will always do our best to have it ready.
~ Mt. Baker Rim Community does NOT allow vacation renters to use their facilities including the pool, that is why they are not advertised here. Please DO NOT attempt to access the club house or pool, their cameras are monitored and heavy fines will apply of up to 2 thousand dollars.
