Serene Mountain Escapes is a small, hands-on, family owned and run vacation rental management company. My husband and I live in Glacier full time with our two children. I have personally been in the business of caring for vacation guest needs for over 15 years, and have been cleaning homes for over 19. With years of customer service experience, in all we have a great understanding of what a guest expects and needs to be comfortable and have an amazing, memorable vacation that will make them want to return again and again.
We personally love to travel and explore ourselves! So when we do, we take note, and apply all of our own expectations as guests to our Glacier vacation properties.
At Serene Mountain Escapes our mission is to provide a pristine, welcoming atmosphere for our guests to enjoy during their stay. We have opted to remain a very small company with only a VERY select few homes to manage. The reason we do this is because we like to personally take care of our homes and guest needs ourselves. We maintain the interiors and exteriors of our homes, and do all of our own housekeeping except on rare occasion, to ensure everything is in pristine order.
We are a licensed and insured LLC with great knowledge of the vacation rental business.
