This large and spacious, one of a kind home features 2 master suites. It has a private hot tub, A/C, and is dog friendly too. This lovely home was recently renovated and is fully stocked with everything you need for a memorable Mt. Baker Escape!
The Wanderlust Villa is the ideal one of a kind Mt. Baker Escape, with two full master suites, and 2 additional bedrooms. It boasts more than 2700 square feet of space, so there is lots of room to spread out and get cozy.
We offer shoulder season specials for one or two couples, or a small family, so don't hesitate to inquire about them by giving us a call.
Upon entering this home you will find a spacious comfortable living room which has floor to ceiling windows for taking in the forest views, and a flat screen TV for movie nights. There is a dining area, and a coffee bar between the living room and kitchen. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make all your meals in if you choose. We also include a binder with information on local places to eat if you prefer to eat out. The kitchen has everything from a crock pot, to an air fryer, and a mixer, a Wi-Fi oven, and much more! Off of the kitchen is a relaxing sunroom with a door out to the private hot tub. We service our hot tubs in between every single guest to ensure they are sparkling clean, so bring your favorite beverage and come soak your cares away in our lovely new spa tub.
Off of the kitchen you will find the first bedroom which has a full sized bed, and a flat screen TV. Right next to this room is the main bathroom with a new marble top, double sink vanity, and a shower.
Heading up the stairs you will find a nice little sitting area and an art section for your kids. This is a great place for those who like a little more space or just want to do their own thing while not being completely secluded from others as the balcony there overlooks the living room below.
Off of this landing area there are two master suits, both with flat screen TV's, one has a king bed and the other has a queen. Both have a private full bathroom with double marble sink vanities, and beautiful tiled rain showers.
Back down in the dining room you can take the staircase to the first floor. Down here you will find a little family room area with a queen sized murphy bed which folds up into the wall for more space during the day. There is one last room down here which has a twin over full bunk bed and a love seat with a large screen TV. There is a laundry room with a half bath, and a washer and dryer that you may use during your stay.
Under the stairs is a doggy den cave with a little gate and a nice large dog bed for some quiet time for your pup.
~We can not guarantee hot tub will be hot and ready the night of your arrival. It depends on how the previous guests treated it and if we have to drain it, but we will do our best to have it ready.
~ PLEASE NOTE: This driveway can only hold 4 vehicles. NO PARKING is allowed on the road edges, vehicles must be completely in the driveway. We really appreciate your cooperation, and apolagize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy
No reservation is considered complete or secure until the rental agreement has been signed and returned to Serene Mountain Escapes.
The following refunds are permitted:
Cancellation Policy and Refunds The following refunds are permitted:
a. A thirty (30) day notice is required for all cancelations except for the following dates which require a ninety (90) day notice. Dates that require a 90 day notice are any bookings that include the following dates, holidays, or events- Mt. Baker's Banked Slalom weekend (Thursday-Monday, usually held in February), President's Day and weekend (Thursday - Monday, usually in February), June 30th - July 9th, Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday - Monday surrounding Thanksgiving), & December 20th- January 5th.
Cancelations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the standard arrival date or more than ninety (90) days prior to the specific above mentioned dates will incur no penalty of rent fees except a $50.00 processing fee, and any incurred credit card or VRBO, Air BNB etc.. fees, all other monies will be returned.
b. Cancelations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within the 30 or 90 days of the above mentioned arrival dates forfeit 100% of the rental in full and deposit, plus all credit card fees, no refunds will be given within 30 days or above mentioned 90 days of check in date.
Guests agree that Serene Mountain Escapes and its affiliates have no
control over power outages, forest fires, or road closures. Therefor Guests agree to Hold Harmless Serene Mountain Escapes in these situations. No refunds will be given for power outages, ski area closures, road closures, smoke or anything else Manager has no control over such as these. Guest agrees that this rule particularly regarding power outages supersedes all other contracts, and agrees that NO refunds will be given for power outages even if other booking companies contracts claim they will.
Deposit Policy
A refundable damage deposit is required with every booking. The deposit amount is different for each home. The amount will be shown in the cost breakdown upon booking. This deposit shall be refunded within 14
business days of Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt, stains, or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
iii. theft from premises; (this includes welcome binders, and tip envelopes) or
iv. any other cost incurred by Us relating to the lease of the Property.
All fees pertaining to damage (s) and cleaning beyond reasonable use and wear will be the sole
responsibility of the Responsible Guest, regardless of the deposit amount. Damage, theft, or
cleaning in excess of the Damage Deposit will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour to the
credit card on file or billed directly to Responsible Guest. Damage includes but is not limited to
wine spills, damage to grounds by vehicles , damage to walls or furniture, damage to outside
furniture. Sorry, but pets are only allowed in some of our homes, please make sure to select an appropriate home if you plan to bring animals. Thanks!

"Amazing Experience, We loved It All!"
I don’t even know where to begin, this was an amazing experience, and Rheannon and her team were fantastic. I am all about the details, and they certainly did not disappoint. From the fresh-cut flowers, personalized letter, welcome chocolates, & the towel creations on every bed - we loved it all! We stayed for 3 nights with my family of five and it was so much fun for everyone. There were thoughtful amenities in every room, games & books for the kiddos, and a super fun wall of Rae Dunn mugs. We enjoyed walking through the community and taking in the breathtaking scenery, and the hot tub and steaks on the BBQ were a great way to unwind after exploring. They have everything you need for a longer stay and have truly thought of everything to make your stay perfect (including the Tums in their hangover kit, they certainly were appreciated!! ?). The pictures do not do this home justice, the privacy and views are incredible. If you are looking for clean, upscale, and comfortable - this is it
"Very Comfortable, We Will Definitely Come Again."
We love to come up to Glacier for Fall hiking and this was a great space and location. It was well stocked and we appreciated the dog bed and also the kids toys and books in the house for our family to enjoy.
It was very comfortable for us (4 couples and our toddler and dog) and we will definitely come again.
"Beautiful, Well Stocked, and Organized"
This house is as beautiful as the pictures. It is also well stocked and organized with everything easy to find. Really nice touches included a welcome gift for my dog and lots of special housekeeping touches (flowers, creatively folded towels etc).
Sound does tend to travel easily though out the house -- any noise sensitive sleepers might prefer the downstairs room.

We loved our stay in the mountains! The home was beautiful. The house had everything we needed - especially the kitchen! The house looked just like the pictures. We had four days of skiing and it was nice to come home to a hot tub and comfortable beds. Rheannon was the perfect host - responsive and so much attention to detail. We would highly recommend staying here!
