This gorgeous 3100 sq. ft home has unbeatable, one-of-a-kind views, for the Glacier/ Mt. Baker area. Standing in the living room you look out over a serene quiet pond with the backdrop of Church Mountain just behind it. This home is located among the closest lodging for the Mt. Baker Ski area, Artist point, and Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. It has 3 large bedrooms with king beds, a 4th bedroom with a queen bed, and a 5th bedroom with two twin beds. There are two master suits, and 4 bathrooms in total. The breathtaking views, cozy river rock fireplace, and relaxing atmosphere make this an ideal and memorable getaway. There is an auto-start generator, so you never have to worry about being left in the dark during power outages.
The layout:
Pulling up to the front of the home there is a two-car garage you are welcome to use, and the main entrance. There is an exercise bike and a game table in the garage as well. The large mudroom has tons of space to hang your wet ski clothing or hiking gear, and plenty of shelving for your belongings. There are heated floors which extend throughout the entire house. You can park in the back of the home for ease of unloading without stairs.
Heading up the 2nd floor there is a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with beautiful views of the Snowline Pond and Church Mountain. The well stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, solid wood cabinetry, a gas stove, and all the supplies you need to cook gourmet meals, there is also a propane BBQ on the balcony. We provide a detailed binder with local restaurants and other information in case you prefer to relax and let someone else take care of the meals.
The cozy living room has a beautiful gas river rock fireplace where you can snuggle up with your favorite beverage for those chilly winter nights, and a bar with a mini fridge for cool refreshing drinks. Or step outside onto the covered deck and enjoy the ambiance of breathtaking mountain and pond views while you warm yourself by the gas fire table and relax in the comfy seating.
The main floor is rounded off with a spacious laundry room, a master suite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the main ¾ bath with a tiled shower.
The master suite includes a private attached bath with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The king bed is adjustable with separate controllers so each side can find their own perfect comfort level for the ideal night’s sleep.
Out the back door there is a brand-new hot tub for relaxing your muscles after a long day on the world record slopes of the Mt. Baker Ski area, or hiking in the breathtaking and famous Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.
Upstairs on the 3rd floor there is a second master suit on your right with a king bed, and an attached bath with a tile shower, and a walk-in closet. In the middle room there is a trundle bed with two twin beds, a large tv, and a basket with some yoga mats and weights. To the left is the 4th bathroom with a shower, and the 5th bedroom which also has a king bed and walk-in closet.
We have another gorgeous home called the Woodlands Chalet which is just two doors down and there is a little trail that connects the two places, so if you’re looking for other accommodation for your friends these two homes are ideal together and can sleep up to 18 guests between the two homes.

~We cannot guarantee the hot tub will be hot and ready the night of your arrival. It depends on how the previous guests treated it and if we have to drain it, but we will do our best to have it ready. 

~ PLEASE NOTE: This driveway is steep, and it can be very icy and snowy in winter. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles only for staying in the winter time (approximately mid-October to late March). We do plow and shovel driveways as quickly as we can once snow arrives, and we do our best to maintain them safely, but if you are leaving early to head to the mountain and your vehicle packs down the snow it won’t plow as well and it will turn to ice later in the day. Please plan accordingly. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STREET SIDE PARKING ALLOWED; ALL VEHICLES MUST BE COMPLETELY IN THE DRIVEWAY PER COMMUNITY RULES. There is a 2-car garage at the top of the hill you are welcome to use if you can make it to the top. If you have roof racks, they may not fit into the garage. 

DAYS OF USE FOR THE CLUBHOUSE, POOL, TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE AS FOLLOWS; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only, and all holidays are excluded. GUESTS MAY NOT USE THE FACILITIES ON ANY US HOLIDAY EVEN IF IT FALLS ON A MON-THUR.

POOL RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED:
Pool is subject to closure without notice and we do not give refunds due to pool closures; they are out of our control. Any rule breaking by your party will be fined by the Community and you are responsible for paying or reimbursing us for all those fines. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The pool is only open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day and is subject to opening later or closing earlier, it is weather dependent.

  • No more than 6 guests may use the pool at a time
  • You MUST take the pool key with you and return it to the home, it may not leave Snowline Community
  • A $300 fee applies for ALL lost pool keys and lanyards; this is because property managers are not allowed to replace them. An owner must drive or fly up to the home themselves to be able to purchase a new key.
  • If you or your guests lose or misplace the pool key and or lanyard you will be responsible for both the cost of replacement and the cost of compensating all future guests who now cannot use the pool due to your negligence. This is not negotiable, so DO NOT LOSE THE POOL/ FACILITIES KEY AND LANYARD!
  • Pool may only be used Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays
  •  “Open use” key (on yellow lanyard) is required.
  •  Pool is Open daily 9am-dusk, it is seasonal and weather-dependent. Check the Snowline Community website for weather dependent changes.
  • Warning: no lifeguard on duty, use pool at your own risk.
  • Persons 14 years and younger must be accompanied by persons 18 years or older.
  • No more than six guests per lot may use the pool at any one time.
  • All persons must take a shower with soap before entering pool.
  • Persons with a communicable disease or under the influence of drugs or alcohol prohibited.
  • Food, beverages, glassware, smoking, chewing gum prohibited.
  • No pets in pool area.
  • No innertubes or air mattresses allowed in pool.
  • No diving allowed.
  • No running or horseplay in pool area.
  • No loud music or games allowed in pool area.
  • No persons shall swim alone.
  • Keep all gates closed.
  • Proper swimwear required.
  • In case of emergency, dial 911; emergency phone at office.
  • Contact Resident Manager for first aid and oxygen.

TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURT RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED:

  • Courts may only be used by renters Monday- Thursday, excluding holidays.
  • The “Open use” key (on yellow lanyard) is required.
  • Court hours: 7am-11pm weekdays, you MAY NOT USE IT FRIDAY – SUNDAY OR ON HOLIDAYS.
  • Please help us keep the courts clean.
  • Courts are for tennis and pickle ball only.
  • No wheels on the court surface.
  • No pets allowed on court surface.
  • By reservation, one hour per lot.
  • Lot numbers may not appear twice per day on reservation lists.
  • Remove your reservation from list upon completion of set.

Cancellation Policy

No reservation is considered complete or secure until the rental agreement has been signed and returned to Serene Mountain Escapes.
The following refunds are permitted:

 Cancellation Policy and Refunds   The following refunds are permitted:  
 
 a.   A thirty (30) day notice is required for all cancelations except for the following dates which require a ninety (90) day notice. Dates that require a 90 day notice are any bookings that include the following dates, holidays, or events-  Mt. Baker's Banked Slalom weekend (Thursday-Monday, usually held in February), President's Day and weekend (Thursday - Monday, usually in February), June 30th - July 9th, Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday - Monday surrounding Thanksgiving), & December 20th- January 5th.                           
Cancelations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the standard arrival date or more than ninety (90) days prior to the specific above mentioned dates will incur no penalty of rent fees except a $50.00 processing fee, and any incurred credit card or VRBO, Air BNB etc.. fees, all other monies will be returned.
         
b.   Cancelations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within the 30 or 90 days of the above mentioned  arrival dates forfeit 100% of the rental in full and deposit, plus all credit card fees, no refunds will be given within 30 days or above mentioned 90 days of check in date.

Guests agree that Serene Mountain Escapes and its affiliates have no
control over power outages, forest fires, or road closures. Therefor Guests agree to Hold Harmless Serene Mountain Escapes in these situations. No refunds will be given for power outages, ski area closures, road closures, smoke or anything else Manager has no control over such as these. Guest agrees that this rule particularly regarding power outages supersedes all other contracts, and agrees that NO refunds will be given for power outages even if other booking companies contracts claim they will.

Deposit Policy

A refundable damage deposit is required with every booking. The deposit amount is different for each home. The amount will be shown in the cost breakdown upon booking. This deposit shall be refunded within 14
business days of Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt, stains, or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
iii. theft from premises; (this includes welcome binders, and tip envelopes) or
iv. any other cost incurred by Us relating to the lease of the Property.
All fees pertaining to damage (s) and cleaning beyond reasonable use and wear will be the sole
responsibility of the Responsible Guest, regardless of the deposit amount. Damage, theft, or
cleaning in excess of the Damage Deposit will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour to the
credit card on file or billed directly to Responsible Guest. Damage includes but is not limited to
wine spills, damage to grounds by vehicles , damage to walls or furniture, damage to outside
furniture. Sorry, but pets are only allowed in some of our homes, please make sure to select an appropriate home if you plan to bring animals. Thanks!

So Much Space and the Whole House was Spotless

We loved our stay in this house. There was so much space in every room, and the whole house was spotless. The kitchen/dining/living room is open concept with high ceilings and opens out onto an enormous deck where we would drink our coffee in the mornings.
Rheannon was a great host and was very helpful and communicative throughout booking and our stay. We hope to come back again someday!

Highly recommend this exquisite, pristine home: beautifully furnished in every room from the 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed appetizers and cool drinks on the front deck overlooking the park after our long rigorous days of hiking, soaked in the hot tub, and had relaxin dinners in the spacious back yard/patio. The home is spacious, well organized from the time you walk into the main floors huge entry "mud room" where you can leave your outdoor gear, to the massive kitchen and inviting living room. I hope to definitely return to enjoy this home that is walking distance to Chair Nine Pizza and convenient driving distance to Mt Baker trails. No need to eat out as the kitchen is fun to prepare meals and there is a grill which we didn't end up using.

Very clean. The kitchen is huge with a gas range and all kitchen utensils one would ever need. Large living room and balcony. Hot tub was hot and the beds cozy.
